To achieve any worthwhile goal it’s essential to have clear direction, the tools to get you there and just a little patience and perseverance.
The 432 Fitness Pathways give you clear direction, Fat Loss or Muscle Gain. The Frameworks within tell you what to do each day (the tools). You have the option of 15, 30 and 45 minute workouts (more tools) to suit your lifestyle. So, you get clear direction along with in-built flexibility so you can navigate the realities of day to day life and stay on track.
What to do:
Identify your primary goal. Choose the Pathway that matches that goal. Head to your Locker Room and take your body measurements. Then go to the Workout Framework that matches your goal and start exercising. Stick to your pathway for at least 6 weeks (1-2 times a week). then hop onto the other pathway for 6 weeks for the best results.
We call it a Framework because it gives you the outline to drop in your chosen workouts. Feel free to move the days around to suit your week, but be sure to complete all the components.
